Articles of Association Germany §2 Purpose of the Association

The Association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section "tax-privileged purposes" of the German Tax Code. The association is selflessly active and does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes. The members do not receive any benefits from the funds of the association. No person may be favored by expenses that are alien to the purpose of the association or by disproportionately high remuneration. Funds of the association may only be used for statutory purposes.

The purpose of the association is the promotion of education and upbringing of needy children and young people in Ghana.

The purpose of the statutes is realized in particular by the allocation of association funds to local schools or to suitable vocational training facilities on site as well as by all measures necessary for the accommodation, subsistence and medical care of the children during the support and for the maintenance of the corresponding facilities.

In particular, children with athletic talent are to be promoted, also and especially through training in soccer.

The purpose of the association may only be changed if the board of directors agrees to it.

Statutes Switzerland §2 Purpose of the Association

The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes in the sense of the section "tax-privileged purposes" of the tax code. The association is selflessly active and does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes. The members do not receive any benefits from the funds of the association. No person may be favored by expenses that are alien to the purpose of the association or by disproportionately high remuneration. Funds of the association may only be used for statutory purposes.

The purpose of the association is to enable and promote the schooling and vocational training of children from poor quarters and street children in Ghana by donating association funds to local schools or to suitable vocational training institutions on site. In particular, children with footballing talent are to be supported, also and especially through training in football. These purposes also include all measures necessary for the accommodation, subsistence and medical care of the children during the promotion and for the maintenance of the corresponding facilities.

The purpose of the association may only be changed if the board of directors agrees to it.
